Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making appointment or receiving any treatments provided by our therapist.

POLICIES

  1. By using ease Japanese Massage you understand and agree with the Terms and Conditions for the all appointments you will make from online, emails, texts, phone calls, etc. New clients are required to book their first appointment online.
  2. You will only be asked to remove clothing to your comfort level (with underwear remaining on). Please note that massage is provided as a therapeutic treatment and not a sexual service. Any sexually suggestive comments or advances will result in the session being terminated immediately.
  3. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Their primary focus is on relaxation and stress management.
  4. To ensure your safety and receive the best possible treatment, please inform your therapist before your appointment if you have any of the following: pre-existing injuries, chronic medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries.
  5. If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, feel free to inform your therapist. We can adjust pressure or try another technique that works best for you.
  6. As a professional business the therapist reserves the right to refuse their services if it is deemed necessary due to health and safety reasons.
  7. We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages occurring during or after your massage sessions.
  8. To ensure a smooth schedule and respect everyone’s time, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience.

GIFT CARDS / VOUCHERS 

  1. Gift cards/Vouchers are non refundable and must be used within expiry date. 
  2. To ensure a seamless appointment experience, please inform the code if you have gift cards or vouchers when making your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. We understand that things come up, but as appointments are limited, letting us know about cancellations as soon as possible allows us to offer the slot to someone else in need.
  2. 24 hours cancellation policy applies. We may apply a cancellation fee 50% of the cost of your treatment or voucher.
