POLICIES
- By proceeding with any appointment booking through ease Japanese Massage whether online, by email, text, or phone—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full terms and conditions.
- All new clients are required to make their first appointment through our online booking system.
- You will only be asked to remove clothing to your comfort level (with underwear remaining on). Please note that massage is provided as a therapeutic treatment and not a sexual service. Any sexually suggestive comments or advances will result in the session being terminated immediately.
- Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Their primary focus is on relaxation and stress management.
- To ensure your safety and receive the best possible treatment, please inform your therapist before your appointment if you have any of the following: pre-existing injuries, chronic medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries.
- If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, feel free to inform your therapist. We can adjust pressure or try another technique that works best for you.
- As a professional business the therapist reserves the right to refuse their services if it is deemed necessary due to health and safety reasons.
- We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages occurring during or after your massage sessions.
- To ensure a smooth schedule and respect everyone’s time, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience.
GIFT CARDS / VOUCHERS
- Gift cards/Vouchers are non refundable and must be used within expiry date.
- To ensure a seamless appointment experience, please inform the code if you have gift cards or vouchers when making your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
- We understand that things come up, but as appointments are limited, letting us know about cancellations as soon as possible allows us to offer the slot to someone else in need.
- 24 hours cancellation policy applies. We may apply a cancellation fee 50% of the cost of your treatment or voucher.
